Been a long time......

Well dam it, it has been over a year since my last post! I never thought it was that long ago, but time has passed much faster than I realised.
When I look back at what I have done or in some case's not done, I am surprised.

Been working out in the USA at points this year, so had bit of a wander when there !
Also, I have fullfilled a lifetimes ambition, to go and see the Northern Lights. It is something that I will remember for the rest of my life, it is very hard to explain what it's like.
I was out there for a photographic workshop, run by David Clapp and Antony Spencer.
A couple of people that were out there with us, were doing time-lapse photography. I have seen various time-lapse movies and thought I would like to try that. So when I saw the results of what these fellow photographers had been doing, I thought I would have a go.
So I have included a short time-lapse I shot and created while I was in Norway for this workshop.
Now I have to say that Norway is such an amazing place, driving around in the mountains and you would come around a corner and there would be this perfectly still lake reflecting the mountains surrounding us. The Lofoten Islands are a photographers dream location!

So here is the time-lapse

Also a photo of a Coronal Burst that took place directly above me at one point. Again it is hard to describe it and how quickly they move.

Well, if I get myself into gear. I will update this a bit more with the stuff I have been up to this year.

Cheerz and thanks for dropping by.
